We're creating a user research panel and looking for people to sign up who have previously applied for a marine licence.
The panel is a group of volunteers who agree to occasionally give feedback on NRW services.
By joining the panel, you will be helping to improve how people apply for marine licences in the future.
If you join, we may contact you to:
- take part in an online interview
- test a form or new online service
- answer an online survey
You can decide each time if you want to take part.
Taking part is voluntary, you can join or unsubscribe from the panel at any time. Your participation will not affect any current or future applications or decisions.
Your feedback will help to:
- make services clearer and easier to use
- test improvements before they are introduced
- reduce unnecessary complexity
So that we can invite you to take part in research that's most relevant to you, we may also collect some additional information about your role and the marine licences you've applied for in the past.
